Malala Yousufzai, who was almost killed by the Taliban for opposing them and standing up for the right to educate girls in Pakistan, was nominated by Norwegian parliament members.

Malala’s name was put forward because of “her courageous commitment to the right of girls to education. A commitment that seemed so threatening to the extremists that they chose to try and kill her,” said parliamentarian Freddy de Ruiter on the Labor party web site.”

Turkish Cerkez Tavugu (Chicken with walnuts)

This is a side dish/dip that I’m in love with. When we go to visit someone or when we go to a birthday party, this dish is always there. When I asked for the recipe, I soon enough realized that it was (or could be made) super healthy. I made it twice (once on my own birthday and once when I went to a friend of mine). Everyone loves it and my friend asked for the recipe so I recommend you to really try this.

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless skinless chicken breast (2 breasts)
  • Dill (as much as on the second picture)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • Greek yogurt 0% fat (about 6/7 really full tablespoons. Just until it gets a nice texture)
  • Mayonnaise 3/4T
  • Salt

Instructions
Boil the chicken breast in water with a little bit of salt for about 30 minutes. Chop the dill. Blend the chicken breast, walnuts and garlic good in a blender (we have a tupperware blender but a normal blender would work as well). Make sure that everything is blend well. Put the chicken breast, dill, walnuts and garlic in a bowl. Add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise and salt to taste and stir.
To give it a nice flavor (also really recommended), you can put a little butter, olive oil and red pepper flakesin a pan and stir till it ”burns” a little (how is this even called?). Sprinkle the butter mixture on the dish and you are done.

The best way to eat this is with crackers. You can dip your vegetables as well! You can leave out the mayonnaise if you want but I think it gives the dish a nice flavour and you should just keep it.
This is SUPER easy to make and so delicious!!!!

when your friends come over, make this muthafuckin dish and show them that healthy can be supa delicious
